Carroll ISD allows in-district transfers from the school in your child's attendance zone to a school outside of your attendance zone if space is available at the receiving campus. Indistrict transfer requests must be submitted to the Assistant Superintendent for Instructional Services for consideration.

Out-Of-District Transfers From Northwest ISD
Trustees voted December 18, 2003 to approve requests for out-of-district transfers, but only for those students impacted by the recent district court decision related to the Tarrant County-Denton County boundary dispute. The students will be required to provide their own transportation. School officials said they believe this to be fair to the students and parents who have requested admission into CISD. Northwest ISD also allows out-of-district transfers. The students will be allowed to attend CISD schools where space is available.

Special Note: Effective May 17, 2007 - Carroll ISD uses only information from the Tarrant Appraisal District to determine eligibility to attend CISD schools. To ensure accurate attendance zone information, contact CISD's Instructional Services Department.
