Reminders

Check-in Requirement

Please remember to always check in at the front office if you need to proceed past the front office area. This is for the safety of all students.

In addition, the front doors to the JES campus will be locked promptly at 4:30 p.m. each afternoon.   If your child is participating in an after school activity past 4:30 p.m., please wait in the drop-off lane and a teacher will escort your child to you.   Thank you for your continued efforts to maintain a safe and secure campus at all times.

Car-Rider Drop-off and Pick-up

Please exercise patience and courtesy in the front when picking up and dropping off your student.   Students must enter/exit against a curb for their safety.

When picking up your child, you MUST have a sign with your child's first and last name prominently displayed in the window closest to the curb. If you are in the lane closest to the building - place sign in the passenger window.  If you are in the lane closest to the parking lot - place sign in the driver window. If you park to pick up your children, please remain in the designated "wait" area in our lot, hold the sign up, and our staff on duty will call for your student.

THANK YOU for honoring the JES procedures for student drop-off and pick-up. Your efforts make our car rider lines run smoothly and creates a safe environment for all!
