Having Trouble Viewing Studio C Videos?

(QuickTime is required to view Studio C videos. Click here to install the free QuickTime 7.3.1 software)

SPECIAL NOTE: Some PC users have experienced a plug-in error message when trying to view their second Studio C video. This is a compatibility problem with Internet Explorer 7 and QuickTime 7.4. on PCs. Apple users have not experienced this problem. We are told Apple is currently working on this issue.

If you are experiencing trouble viewing multiple files you can 1) close out of Internet Explorer and reopen it to view another CISD video OR 2) uninstall QuickTime 7.4 and Install QuickTime 7.3.1 instead. The older verison of QuickTime seems to work fine.

This is not a local issue, but rather a problem with the latest QuickTime software. CISD will closely monitor the patches for QT 7.4 to help alleviate this issue. In the meantime, we apologize for any inconvenience.

Studio C productions are also available on Channel 30 for Charter Communications customers and on Channel 33 for Verizon FiOs customers. Copies of the Studio C videos and/or Inside Carroll can be obtained on a DVD by calling 817-949-7080.
