The Financial Services division of Carroll ISD manages all business and payroll functions for the district. In addition, the Assistant Superintendent for Financial Services is also responsible for oversight of the district’s bond construction program, annual elections and the Child Nutrition Services program.

Trustees Approve 2009-2010 School Budget

Trustees adopted the 2008-2009 School Budget on August 25, 2008. They intend to discuss the 2008-2009 tax rate at their September 8 meeting. By law the tax rate must be adopted by the end of Septembter.

2007-2008 School Budget And Audit
Trustees approved the 2007-2008 school budget following a public hearing at the August 30, 2007 School Board meeting. The budget included a 4 percent of the midpoint pay increase for CISD employees.
2007-2008 Budget Facts
Trustees set the 2007-2008 tax rate in September. The Board approved a total tax rate of $1.465 per $100 assessed valuation with one cent of the M&O rate dedicated to technology.
