Mission Statement

The mission of Quest is to provide an educational environment that recognizes the unique intellectual, academic, and social and emotional needs and talents of gifted students.

Definition

Gifted students are those whose abilities, talents or potential are so exceptional that they require special provisions to meet their educational needs.

Philosophy

We believe special provisions should be provided to accommodate the needs of the gifted and talented students in all educational situations and settings.

Gifted and talented education provides opportunities for enrichment or acceleration of the curriculum in depth, breadth, and complexity.

Training in gifted education is essential for all professional personnel.
